I submitted my paperwork (in person) to become a new patient at the dental office January 1. I called 3 weeks later, they said they forgot to follow-up and would call me. I had to call every week for 3 weeks to get a consultation scheduled. The appt has been rescheduled 4 times (partly due to COVID but also due to doctors changing their schedules last minute/cancelling outright a week before the appt - which happened to me today). Horrible patient care. A year ago I began having debilitating side effect from a medication that wasn't even working. Two weeks before my scheduled appointment (so not due to an emergency for the Dr) they randomly decided to move my appointment to a month later, with zero explanation, and torture me with continuedside effects. I explained that I needed to keep the original date due to side effects, but they refused. Appointment/front desk staff is incapable of making basic notes. I was a dental patient for a long time but unfortunately the reception area has become pretty nasty. You can find a place in the area with much better customer service.
RecommendedMy family and I have been going here for almost 8 years and have been consistently happy with the health care.
I really have to praise the dental care i recieved here excellent people and excellent care
They care about there patience
Been competing here since I was 12. I now live almost 2 hours away but refuse to go anywheres else because I’ve always been treated great here. Love this place.
