Horrible patient care. A year ago I began having debilitating side effect from a medication that wasn't even working. Two weeks before my scheduled appointment (so not due to an emergency for the Dr) they randomly decided to move my appointment to a month later, with zero explanation, and torture me with continuedside effects. I explained that I needed to keep the original date due to side effects, but they refused. Appointment/front desk staff is incapable of making basic notes. I was a dental patient for a long time but unfortunately the reception area has become pretty nasty. You can find a place in the area with much better customer service.
RecommendedMy family and I have been going here for almost 8 years and have been consistently happy with the health care.

They care about there patience
Been competing here since I was 12. I now live almost 2 hours away but refuse to go anywheres else because I’ve always been treated great here. Love this place.
I really like the service I receive but when I arrive 30 minutes early to my appointment I shouldn't have to get taken in 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and this is not the first time is actually every time. Once they finally get me in however the service is top notch.
