Had my first visit today using infrared light on my legs and knees. I was able to walk down the step pain free. I had a knee replacement in Nov. 2024 and have struggled on steps. Very impressed after 1 visit

I’ve been doing the InfraBaldan sessions at Sage & Stone now for a few weeks and it has been an amazing experience. It’s honestly one of the best forms of exercise I’ve ever done. I leave every session feeling like I had a great workout.
