This is the absolute best option in Fort Smith. You can get your medication management and therapy all under one roof. The therapists and Mental Health Nurse Practitioners are extraordinary and the owner (Melanie) is as well. One of the most compassionate, skilled, and thoughtful therapists I've ever worked with. So grateful to Melanie and the incredible work she does everyday to help women experience healing and live with authenticity and joy.
