We had a wonderful experience with Dr Srivastava. She was loving, patient and very thorough. Her entire staff was amazing. Victoria was exceptional. They had an issue with the postal delivery man and they were letting him know that there had been many delivery errors. In bring that to his attention he became rather belligerent and condescending with the staff. Victoria politely handled the situation very delicately. The mail man was sadly an embarrassment. I highly recommend Dr. Richa Srivastava! It is so rare to find a GP who truly takes the time to sit down, listen, and thoroughly address all of your concerns without making you feel rushed. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to ensure her patients feel comfortable and well-cared for.
