The door was locked and my husband & i sat outside on the steps for at least half an hour before he finally came and let us in. Thankfully my husband was with me because no one else was there and we were let upstairs into a dark sitting area. I would have been sketched out by myself! The massage was ok, seemed inexperienced. Ambiance was nice.

Josh is a great masseuse and the new space is very accommodating. Highly recommend..
Had an appointment today, showed up to Locked doors and no one there, I waited 15 minutes than I left, pretty unprofessional not to show up if you ask me, could have at least called and canceled so I didn't waste my time.
