The dr and the massage therapist might be amazing but the customer service is terrible. Lynea the receptionist was so rude. She threatened to charge the cancellation fee. I told her and the therapist that I didn’t want to reschedule I simple did not want the massage anymore because the receptionist had made me very uncomfortable. She continued to argue and when I mentioned I just had surgery and was coming for medical purposes she just smiled and acted very condescending. I came in with an unusual problem in my shoulder. Dr D was able to help alleviate a great deal of the pain and helped with my problem. I would definitely recommend he Healing Joint!
