I did the Oxygen Bar today for the first time here. Before starting got a tour of the place, I knew I wanted to come back before even starting with the Oxygen bar. With a warm blanket and warm rice bag for the neck was an added bonus. With the goodie bag, water and information to read later was like the cherry on top. I will definatly be coming back. The place is amazing. Thank you so much!

Type 2 diabetes, want to bring it to normal without the use of heavy duty drugs. I found the Healing Den and watch my numbers go smaller with the LED light bed treatment. It's a wonderfully restorative use of 30 minutes, Rachel knows just how to create the ambience for ultimate relaxation. Her dedication to wellness is unequaled by most I've visited because she personalizes it so readily. Thank you, Rachel.
The space is GORGEOUS and extremely relaxing! Rachel is extremely friendly and helpful! Always offers water, a healthy snack, warm neck wrap & blanket, etc! I would highly recommend checking this place out!
