Enjoying Infrared Sauna benefits as detailed in their business. Used foot soak twice with positive results. Feel rejuvenated when I get services there. Also use your ZeroMax Hemp Extract at bedtime to relax. Have bought treats for dogs too. Thanks for making me better. Brenda

This place is a hidden gem. It’s nice to have alternative options to health in Lima. Staff were friendly and environment was relaxing. Looked forward to trying other services they offer.
Was looking for a sauna in the area and ended up stumbling upon this place. Overall I’ve been very impressed (enough so that I purchased one of their membership packages). Always very clean in the sauna and throughout the store/facilities and they maintain a relaxing atmosphere in the wellness studio areas (have also tried the BEMER, Salt Room, Foot Detox, and Red light therapy).
