I walked in without an appointment, to ask questions about the foot detox. They were gracious to allow me to experience it right away, as they had an opening. Wonderful experience and I'm already scheduled to do it again.
A wonderful place for self care. Nice people, beautiful and relaxing space, very accommodating.
My daughter and I had the most relaxing 30 minutes today sitting in the Infrared sauna. Having the entire room to get ready before getting in was so nice too. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was so clean and peaceful. We purchased a package and will definitely make this a part of our self care routine. I love that we have this here in Lima! ♡
I would highly recommend trying the foot detox. I had more energy for days and I slept a lot better. All the staff is very friendly, helpful and answer all your questions. I will definitely continue to go back.
The infrared sauna feels amazing. The warm environment with the diffuser and music is so relaxing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the Healing Cowgirl.
