Deanna's story is so motivational and empowering. During a Workshop she provided her story and then did an exercise to provide a practical example of what it might be like to experience auditory hallucinations. I found this very powerful and it aided me in further developing a sense of empathy for those who live with psychosis. I am so appreciative of her willingness to share and work toward destigmatizing mental health crisis and conditions. Thank you, Deanna!
