Amazing. I can literally feel myself being stretched. The machine uses infrared light to scan your spine, so the pressure points were specific to my body. It's the most initiative massage/acupressure/stretch I've ever experienced. Can't wait to come back and already bought a package for my husband, who has hip pain. Highly recommend. Next time, I will download spa music to my phone and then put it on airplane mode and pop in some ear buds. They have music on but I think my own music would really add to my experience.
