Amazing and a true blessing to my growth
Started out great and got us in FAST and got what we needed from Avelyn. Once you needed anything outside of an appointment, ghosted. Noone answers the phone. Noone gets back to you on the app. You MIGHT get a phone call back. 2 stars only for how professional Avelyn is in person and helping us out so fast, but might as well be zero when you cant continue to get the help you need outside of an appointment no matter how many voice mails and messages on the app you leave begging for help.
Princess is quite approachable; she listens to you and makes you feel comfortable right away. Personally, I love talking with her.
This clinic is a joke. This doctor (Alvin) does not care about your mental health. They care about making a dollar. Need to reach your doctor during the day and ask a question? That’s a $50 phone call for 5 min. So you’re left sending them a message and HOPING they get back to you within the next 48 hours. Hope it’s not an emergency! Communication is non existent.
