Rude and unbelievable experience. You would expect excellent customer service when coming here, but the woman assisting us at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior came across as discriminatory toward people of color, which made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. Customer service staff should treat every customer with respect regardless of their background. Based on our experience, this standard was not met. Management should seriously address how customers are being treated at the front desk.
They are so racist, especially toward Black customers. The lady who was helping us had a terrible attitude from the moment we arrived and seemed unwilling to assist us. We felt ignored, disrespected, and treated differently than other customers. Customer service should be professional and respectful to everyone regardless of race, but that was not our experience. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place based on how we were treated.
