I had such a wonderful experience getting my hair done by Valerie today. She took her time and listened to my vision, all while being welcoming and kind. I am so impressed and pleased with the final product.

Terrible service and decision. I booked a last minute appointment there for my haircut with Addison, she cut my hair then called Emma to double check. I mean you should not have scissors in your hand if you are not confident and need someone to double check your work. I felt I was someone whose hair was used for training.
