Went for my first head spa treatment today and I will definitely be back! The most relaxing 90 minutes ever! Selena was wonderful- let me know exactly what to expect and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Beautiful atmosphere in Berlin. I will definitely recommend The Head Spa to my friends and family!
This was my 2nd time at The Head Spa. You know when something is so wonderful the first time that you wonder if the second time it can be as great? Well it can be - and then some! Idaliz was fantastic. Her whole personality was calming and she absolutely listened to me when I said I was there to de-stress. She focused the treatment to making sure she relieved any stress I had and that I was totally relaxed and in the moment. I enjoyed every second and am already looking forward to next time. This was exactly what I needed.
An incredibly relaxing experience! Simone was a delight - walked me through each step of the process before starting, but then allowed for a quiet and peaceful service for the full 90 minutes. She listened to my scalp concerns and took everything into consideration when customizing the service. My scalp/hair felt clean and nourished afterwards. Highly highly recommend!
I went for the first time today and it was an incredible experience. The whole atmosphere was extremely calming and I left feeling so relaxed. I will recommend them to everyone!
Kathy was phenomenal. Super sweet and professional. I went on my birthday and she even gave me cookies! Would highly recommend!!!
