I was gifted with the 90-minute “Ultimate Head Spa” and it was the most luxurious experience I’ve ever had! I was lucky to have my session with Yelena, who I highly recommend. She is attentive and intuitive and has an amazing massage technique. The whole experience - the ambiance, the music, the aromas, the massage, the facial (all while lying in blissful comfort) - is like an island vacation without the hassle and packing!
I agree with some of the one star reviews here. Not worth the price!! I paid $200 for a 90 minute treatment and my neck was sore for days after. The headrest was not comfortable at all. They put you in a massage chair thats going the whole time. It’s a nice place on the surface but once you get in a room you can start to see through the marketing. I could not have had a better experience. Simone was so sweet and a consummate professional. The mini facial with my scalp treatment was better than some full facials I’ve had. The scalp treatment was so relaxing. I’ll definitely be back.
