Susan has been doing my hair for 7 years and I couldn't be more pleased! Her professionalism, perfectionism, and warm personality always shine through. She offers wonderful suggestions, while still respecting my vision, uses quality products, and consistently demonstrates extensive knowledge about hair. Got a great (and much needed) haircut from Susan! She cut off all my dead ends and gave me a cute layered bob style. 5 stars highly recommend her services!

I bought a Groupon and called to make an appointment. Susan answered and was extremely rude. I guess she's having some kind of problem getting the promotion to stop running. If she had been nice (maybe a little apologetic about me wasting my time thinking I had found a new hair place) about informing me of this problem I would have been very understanding. My one star is for her lack of professionalism, good luck to anyone that has a problem with their service.
