Enjoyed the lounge and very quiet stay
Loved this place. Right where everything happens in El Dorado. Rooms were clean and modern. Lobby and bar are apparently the place to be in El Dorado! Thankful for the staff and working with us for the conference.
Booked a king room 6 months in advance. Got a double bed room, was told they were oversold so I got bumped. Asked for mgmt to help and told they aren’t available until Monday. Then dismissed completely.
What a great property. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped. The parking is easy. The location cannot be beat. The bar and patio are excellent places to hang out. Tammy the bartender should be promoted to hospitality trainer for the whole Hilton Corporation.
