My experience with Jordan as a property manager has been very frustrating. He is often unresponsive and difficult to reach, making it feel like addressing any concerns or issues is never a priority. Communication only seems to happen when it benefits him directly. Unfortunately, Jordan seems more focused on his own gain rather than genuinely managing the property with his tenants’ best interests in mind. Very poor experience. While on deployment, we hired Jordan to rent my property. After poor communication and then a very poor attitude to my wife, he selected the obvious worse candidate. Was very short with my wife after the location was rented. Very unprofessional, mainly I believe she was a female. Was more interested in his commission. 3 months later, lease is being broken due to issues with tenants. Sadly would not recommend.
