We had such an excellent experience with James Haydon. He was exceptionally professional, knowledable, helpful and personable. He took a lot of the stress out of selling our home. Not only did he sell our home after being on the market for only 3 days, but he also sold it for full asking price!! James is excellent at what he does and very driven. When we saw our listing we could not believe it! The professional photography was incredible and the drone footage amazing. Jim uses social media to his advantage and our home was showcased to many. Jim is a professional and knows the Smithtown market well. We sold our home after the first open house.
