The staff were all amazing everytime! Sarah is my agent, but she wasn't available, so Christy took care of me. I needed some changes to my policy that had to be faxed and emailed to my lenders within 20 minutes so we could close early on my home. She handled the situation beautifullyl! I emailed asking about a quote and in less than an hour Melissa H. contacted me and after a brief conversation was able to save us over a $1000 a year. Our coverage did not decrease at all from the other company but the price was much nicer once house and auto were bundled.
