I want to give a huge shoutout to Mary, the property manager, and the amazing maintenance team at Hawthorne! When I moved into my new apartment, there were a few minor issues and one major one that needed attention. The minor issues were mostly cosmetic requests, and the team resolved them quickly and efficiently—I truly appreciated their responsiveness! I have lived here for two years now, this has been my experience. Loud part of town with a large homeless population. Older apartments with thin walls, ceilings and windows. Can hear a lot of neighbor noise. Even with earplugs and a bedroom fan woken up at least once a week by loud music or loud conversation. The security gate at the front of the complex was malfunctioning for over 9 months. There used to be security that would patrol the complex at night however their services have been suspended.
