My name is Nevesha, my brother and i have been living here for almost two years and it is the best place of residence we have had. The staff is so supportive friendly and welcoming. Especially Michelle. So much events and great gatherings for residents to participate in. The environment is quite clean and homely. I highly recommend anyone to live here.
This is a beautiful place in the back area they have all the people showing you how you do not want to live! They line up in the grass area upside down, on fentanyl like a drug zoo!
Management has been frustrating. At times no one answers the phone or the front office is closed. Lights are out throughout the property and do not get replaced unless you consistently call. The below keypad has been broken for over 6 months. Wires are exposed and when it rains you will get shocked. They keep saying it will be fixed but it has been month 7 now. I lived in the Hawthorne for three years. I wrote more than would fit, see images for more. UNITS - The two bedroom, two bathroom floor plan that is offered is convenient. Rent is comparable to the area. Each unit has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Older apartments with thin walls, ceilings and windows. Could hear a lot of outside and neighbor noise. Even with earplugs and a bedroom fan I was woken up at least once a week. Electric bills were very high due to the poor insulation of the buildings. The carpets were not new wh... read more
