This place is first rate...Felix and Rex are the best in the biz!!! Unlike that “other” chain store that their employees have no clue what they are doing (in both the parts and service departments)...I will keep giving these guys my business...

You get a 25+ year certified HD Mechanic who knows his stuff. Felix and his customer service does what he needs to in order to get the job done to your customers! Shop only charges $65 an hour for service versus HD shops that charge $90 an hour!
Went in for a handle bar swap on my ‘19 fatboy Felix as always great customer service and Rex did a great and quick job on the new handle bars. Had my bike ready the same day!
Stopped by earlier today and had outstanding customer service, great work ethic from Felix and Rex I really appreciate you guys in helping me out. Lined up my bike after a small accident now I’m back up and running, really recommend these guys.🏽
