I had the best experience with them. I ordered a graduation lei from another company who last minute called me to inform me I would not get the plumeria’s I ordered. So I went in search and ordered a beautiful plumeria lei from here. It was made on short notice and shipped to Eastern Washington. I received it on time, it was beautiful, the smell was amazing, and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you so much. I will be a customer for life and I will recommend you to all.

I called five days away from a special event where I had ordered flowers for the wrong day not only did they change my order and make sure that we received ON TIME and they were beautiful. I live in California and have ordered leis numerous times - twice going to the east coast. THey have always arrived on time and look great. I was a little worried about ordering for delivery 2 days before event (as recommended) but flowers were still beautiful even day after the event. Love the fancy lei options I just can’t find locally. Highly recommend.
Amazing customer service! Happen to walk by and found this place by accident. Was looking for a last minute lei for a friend’s birthday and saw the door was open even on their closed day. Everyone was working hard inside! Mahalo for the kindness and accommodating me with a last minute lei. Will order in advance for future orders though :)
Terrible. Do not order from them. I placed an order and it was canceled two weeks before delivery. No excuse why. Do not use them. Customer service is terrible as well.
