My experience living here was very disappointing. From the beginning, I experienced unprofessional treatment, poor communication, and felt unfairly treated by the management. Several issues were never properly addressed, and I did not feel respected as a tenant. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this apartment community.
I always have great help from the team here at the Haven but Saylor went above and beyond to help with a problem I had with my smoke detector. Her constant communication and reassurances were incredibly appreciated and I was extremely happy with the quickness in which she was able to make sure this was resolved!
Live here for 14months, never had a problem. Maintenance was always on top of everything, I feel I good value for my money living here. Definitely worth stopping by for your apartment hunt.
