Update: 8/20/25: Here We go again... "We are happy to answer your questions, but no one will be here for the next two days" New management has brought months without access to the pool, terrible trash pile ups, and new policies mandating all kinds of things. There are many other apartment complexes. choose one of those.
I write this review as a resident of 3 years whose had a broken and leaking HVAC Unit for the few months and tired of dealing with this. I thought we finally fixed this issue but then two days ago my HVAC starts leaking into my kitchen again. When Greystar was here they had their own issues but since the Harbor Management Group has taken over this has been a complete nightmare. Pool has been closed for over 3 weeks now. Pool has not even been CLEANED since the beginning of April. Pool is not shut down because of a broken or failed part. It’s shut down because DHEC shut it down. It was GREEN AND BROWN FOR WEEKS. I have also been trying to get boat parking for weeks now. No response on that. I suppose I will just continue to take up 3-4 parking spots every day. Cannot go in person because they recently changed their hours without posting it in any way and are now closed on Saturdays. We moved in almost a year ago when it was under different management and it was amazing! Since there is new management it has been awful!! The pool has been closed, they should be embarrassed by the lack of communication and they treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about when trying to come to them with and issue. They are very unkind, quite frankly they don’t know how to do their job. Cannot wait to move out! ALSO I put in a maintenance request and emailed for them to come and fix my clogged drain in the kitch... read more
