My dish washer and dryer had issues. These issues were resolved quickly (within a few days). I was able to meet one of the maintenance employees, and he was great. Very nice fellow.
I’d give Grandview 0 stars if I could. I never ever leave reviews but I’m going out of my way to write this review because of how abysmal this front office and ownership has been. It started with them telling us two lies about our apartment just so we would sign. Said our deposit would be voided which it wasn’t and we had to call and fight tooth and nail for that, said we would have hard floor and we had carpet. I went to the church there for new years celebration with my family and I had a blast.
This could be a great place. There is tons of potential. I liked it when Greystar ran it. We moved out 10/20/25 and as we did they were doing a lot of things to fix it up, so maybe change is coming. Unfortunately for us we didn’t get the experience we would have liked in our 13 months there.
The gates don’t work so it’s not a gated community. The management is not great and I have been neglected with maintenance issues multiple times. They make you pay for trash pickup which they either miss sometimes or refuse to pick up if it’s not exactly perfect to their liking and you will get fined. The walls and floor are very thin and you can hear neighbors fairly often. This includes loud creaking when someone is walking above you.
