In my nearly three years at Grandview Apartments, the maintenance team has consistently been a positive part of my experience. Over the past few days, Tyrone and Josh addressed both an electrical and a plumbing issue in my apartment. Ebony Hipps was amazing during both my move-in and move-out process. She made everything fast, stress-free, and handled every detail without any issues. Anytime I had a question or concern, she was professional, responsive, and got things done quickly. As the Assistant Office Manager, she truly made what is usually a stressful process smooth and easy. I really appreciated her help and support throughout the entire experience.
Jan-26: Had another maintenance request, and the maintenance team did another great job. He even left me a message about the repair. Nice work! My dish washer and dryer had issues. These issues were resolved quickly (within a few days). I was able to meet one of the maintenance employees, and he was great. Very nice fellow.
