We moved in almost a year ago when it was under different management and it was amazing! Since there is new management it has been awful!! The pool has been closed, they should be embarrassed by the lack of communication and they treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about when trying to come to them with and issue. They are very unkind, quite frankly they don’t know how to do their job. Cannot wait to move out! Horrible.
New management has been awful. Have gone to the staff numerous times for various concerns, complaints, and general assistance and every time they seem like they can’t be bothered and are extremely unhelpful. Pool was shut down by DHEC and was closed a good chunk of the summer with poor communication from the office on the situation. It was good until Harbor Group bought the place but I’m glad my lease has ended. I can in no way recommend staying here.
Just moved out and thank god I did because the new management is horrible.
