I have so many wonderful things to say about the leasing department (specifically Ebony) and the maintenance team at Grandview at Lake Murray! I want to speak up on their behalf because they have consistently gone above and beyond for me, and I am truly thankful for all they have done. My experience at Grandview has been very trying. Bug issues upon moving in, pool being shutdown for an entire summer, grounds not being maintained, lack of communication from the office, and now...I've been dealing with a faulty A/C for the last month. Quick fixes to try and circumvent money actually being used on their residents. But not surprisingly, they have the money to completely renovate their clubhouse. I’ve had a great experience with Grandview at Lake Murray. The property is well kept, the location is convenient, and the community has a comfortable, welcoming feel. The staff has been friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. It’s clear they care about the residents and the overall appearance of the property. I would definitely recommend Grandview at Lake Murray to anyone looking for a nice place to live in the Columbia/Lake Murray area.
My sister just moved in to building 7 like a month ago. Complete dump, they cut the water off for fourth of july weekend so she can't shower or flush the toilet. the pool is shut down and unit 7033 has their dog barking all day and night in the patio. COMPLETE DUMP
