The gates don’t work so it’s not a gated community. The management is not great and I have been neglected with maintenance issues multiple times. They make you pay for trash pickup which they either miss sometimes or refuse to pick up if it’s not exactly perfect to their liking and you will get fined. The walls and floor are very thin and you can hear neighbors fairly often. This includes loud creaking when someone is walking above you. My wife and I have been waiting over 4 months for a new washer and dryer. This apartment complex will only offer apologies but no real compensation for its renter. They will make you uphold your end of a deal (leasing contract) while breaking theirs (replacing appliances is in the contract) and wanting understanding and compassions from you, the renter. Greystar previously ran this apartment complex and did an OK job. When they were in the process of selling it, the property started becoming neglected. Now that Harbor Group Management bought the property, it’s even worse. Forcing current residents into additional unwanted fees, not fixing any parts of the property, trash everywhere, and total lack of any and all communication from the property management. Property is beautiful from touring. Just be mindful of the application fee as they do require you to pay again if it's not completed within 48 hours. I'm taking it as my sign. Read the fine print before committing.
