The complex is great, I appreciate the high quality of the units and amenities, but Michelle Lichtsinn ruins the entire resident experience. I would advise living elsewhere, I am not the only resident who feels this way unfortunately. **Posting this for my friend who has lived in the complex for 2 years now, as to protect her from any management backlash:)
Paul came and inspected my vinyl floor to confirm prior damage spot(hidden under rug) and confirmed no charge . Also was able to replace my smoke detector battery quickly while he was here!
Shortly after moving into our unit at the Haven we had an issue with the AC. John responded promptly and looked into the issue. He and his co-worker diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on, and provided a portable AC unit for the short term. Great service!

The maintenance team is fantastic. Our microwave stopped working and within 24 hours of informing the Haven staff of the outage an order had been placed, and the new microwave was installed. Elias specifically was fantastic - friendly and professional!
