Absolutely the most useless and unhelpful staff on the planet. First and foremost, it’s impossible to get a pet sitter here as they don’t allow you to have a spare fob. It means if you need someone to watch your pets, they can only come during business hours. This is an absurd policy, and the first time I’ve encountered it in my 10 years or renting. The complex is great, I appreciate the high quality of the units and amenities, but Michelle Lichtsinn ruins the entire resident experience. I would advise living elsewhere, I am not the only resident who feels this way unfortunately. **Posting this for my friend who has lived in the complex for 2 years now, as to protect her from any management backlash:)
Paul came and inspected my vinyl floor to confirm prior damage spot(hidden under rug) and confirmed no charge . Also was able to replace my smoke detector battery quickly while he was here!
Shortly after moving into our unit at the Haven we had an issue with the AC. John responded promptly and looked into the issue. He and his co-worker diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on, and provided a portable AC unit for the short term. Great service!
