I currently live here and will be moving out soon due to my roommates and myself fearing for our safety. We have called and complained too many times about our electric. 3/4 of our apartment goes out and still flickers even after turning off the breaker so where is the power still coming from?. They say to call in when it happens, they say it’s because of 1 plug we have plugged into a plug that isn’t part of the apartment that goes out, they say it’s not the breaker, I’ve had it looked at and it is the breaker and wiring.
