Live here is you want to live in spring break cabo 24:7. Loud music at all hours at the pool. Bunch of bro’s by the pool. My windows rattle from how loud the music is. I feel bad for people who have children and live here. Glad to be moving soon. Sad that the police have to be called by multiple residents to stop the madness. The absent management should be patrolling or hire a security company. Sad!

RecommendedI was st the The Haven for one of their events and the staff was so friendly. Everyone had smiles on their faces and were eager to make sure you were having a good time. I also hot a chance to walk around the grounds. What a beautifully kept complex. The pond is amazing. the entertaining area near the pool is nice and big. RecommendedStonegate has been a most wonderful place to live. I love bringin the grandkids to the pool and on weekends the nice lady from the office is always passing out ice cream or cold drinks for everyone making us feel like we are at an island resort. The couple times I have needed something fixed the workers have come over right away and got it done. All around a great place to be!
RecommendedI just wanted to take a moment to say that the entire staff here are absolutely wonderful people with terrific attitudes who are not only really helpful, but also just always leave me feeling happy after speaking with any one of them. I felt instantly at home here, and love it because of them as much as anything else. 😊

RecommendedI lived at The pointe for two years. I left June 2018. This place is a great place to live. I had a clean and beautiful apartment. I had great neighbors. I once had an ant problem and they came so quick to have it taken care of. The staff here are amazing. They are always willing to work with you. I truly loved my place here and I’m sad I had to move away from here as it truly was a home for me.
