Let me start by saying these apartments are “spectacular”. Down to the layout, design, amenities, location, and STAFF are top notch in my opinion. Evelyn Lugo in the main office since the first day we took our tour with her til this day has always been professional and kind. RecommendedThe apartments are absolutely stunning and the community amenities are exceptional (clubhouse,pool, fitness area, business/study room). All of the staff members are so kind & genuinely care about their residents. Another HUGE perk is that it is pet friendly!!! 110% recommend living at the Haven Apartments!!!
The staff are great!! It's a very nice place to live. The maintenance staff are prompt, kind and courteous. We have lived here 4 months and are still amazed that we are actually here and are thankful and blessed to be here!!! And I give this place, the office staff, sales staff and maintenance 5 stars.
I recommend The Haven because of the tranquility and cleanliness of the community. I also really appreciate how efficient maintenance is on the VERY RARE occasions that I have to contact them for something. They’re so speedy (like freaky fast) and always leave the area they worked in nice and clean. You couldn’t ever tell they were in there to begin with. I also really love that the carpet in the hallways are deep cleaned because it keeps everything looking and smelling nice and fresh.
The Haven apartments are very nice with many accommodations. Their staff are also super helpful and are always available when needed.
I was st the The Haven for one of their events and the staff was so friendly. Everyone had smiles on their faces and were eager to make sure you were having a good time. I also hot a chance to walk around the grounds. What a beautifully kept complex. The pond is amazing. the entertaining area near the pool is nice and big. We really like living at The Haven! We appreciate all the facilities such as the pool, the gym, and the fire pit/grill area. We also enjoy their monthly events at the clubhouse! There have only been minor things that we've had issues with, and the staff is always very helpful and friendly to work with. We also like that they allow dogs-many complexes don't anymore, and they even have bathroom bags all around the complex, which is very helpful.
It was nice but would never go back. I left my lights in the ceiling that I installed and asked for them back and they told me there were no lights installed and they installed the bedroom lights. Plus parking was terrible. Think they threw the complex up too quick and never thought about a lot of things
My building hasn't being clean for over a month, and the only thing I get back from management are excuses why they haven't clean the hallways, stairs entrance and so on
