Ruth's Chris has become played out. The food is solid but not what you expect at his price point. I think they have dragged down their brand but putting in so many locations. It used to be a destination for a special meal, but it now seems like a dressed up outback with better food. Try Flemings or the Capital Grille!

This is the worst Ruth's Chris in the system. Old/tired facility and "fast food" quality service. Bought $500 worth of gift certificates, because they advertsied an additional 10% bonus, but this franchisee, "Big Steaks" doesn't honor the deal. They still charge Ruth's prices. Go to Flemings or The Prime Rib, much better and the service is excellent.

I particularly enjoyed the dessert - apple pie with a birthday candle and our waiter even sang to us! Tuna appetiser was amazing. So was the steak and the lyonnaise pots! Great service overall.

Good steaks but waayyyy overpriced. Not worth it. go to Angus Barn instead. Meals there typically cost us $70pp for a 1-lb steak, salad, no potato or veggie and a beer/wine. Not worth it.

Well worth the price. Was initially turned off as this is a "chain" but the steak was better than a lot of the independent steak houses in the area. Highly recommend.
