I guess we’ll be adding to this stellar 1.3 rating. Poor communication to start; besides difficulty getting ahold of an actual person, explanation of charges let alone additional charges. The list goes on. Had to contact my current insurance provider to get clear answers for this company I haven’t even been with for the last 6 months. Not worth the headaches.

I’ll give 0 stars if I could, no matter how many documents they ask you for you’ll still get DENIED, I lost a lot waiting for them to determine since November 2025 to see if my case would be approved, lost my place lost my car in the process Thanks Hartford Group

I was referred by a close friend, and got a VERY different experience. I was laughed at by the intake person, and then I was given extremely bizarre questions from underwriting. I was ultimately denied for reasons that made no sense based on the federal regulations for my industry - despite my referred friend having the same exact insurance and would not have passed the same bizarre questions. If at all possible to avoid this sham of a company do yourself a favor and do so. Their customer advice is horrific. Do you enjoy hold for hours on end? Maybe this is the company for you!!!! Do you enjoy veing transferred nearly 10 times to be told they cannot assist you, and to call back? Do you want them to deprive you of the benefits you paid for? Perhaps you'd like them to hold your claim open but do absolutely nothing to review it, or obtain yhe needed info over the next year possibly 2? Then this might be the company t... read more

Where do I begin on the fact that Hartford Insurance customer representatives one of hung up on me and the other one told me he couldn't help me because I needed and USA rep. I was even more confused on his choose of words. Let's just stay I called so many times. Upper management was informed and today is Sat. I still haven't received a phone call back from the. Very bad customer service. And the sad part is these reps. will still have a job....
