Poor experience Rather go back to work than wait for benefits which long wait while have to bills to pay being broke and I pacifically ask 12 weeks and explaining bunch of time but only got approve one time pay check been 2 month an half explaining and waiting not worth it
the absolute worst insurance company that i have ever worked with in my life. the call took over an hour for a simple ID card and they couldn't even get the effective date correct! I was passed around for another 40 minutes when i called back cause nobody was competent enough to fix it. if i could give negative stars I WOULD. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY
Waited an entire month with no pay. I called daily to ask for any answers as to why. I would get the runaround and told they didn’t know why even though they said they had all the information needed provided from my job. I was told I would be called back several times by “Renae Campbell” which never happened. I even left voice mails with no response. Eventually, I was told that she was on vacation, and that they “dropped the ball”. I spoke with the person in charge of her and she said she had a “family emergency”. Which one ... read more
Horrible insurance company. Always speaking with a different analyst, they never know anything. Threaten to close your pfl claim when you have weeks left ?? They are suppose to pay us but constantly calling saying money is owed to them? This company should be shut down. A bunch of scammers. Such a shame employers choose to go through and deal with this company. Instead of bonding time your having stress time.
