Took 6 months to finally hear from these people after I was sideswiped in my own driveway. Took the car to a body shop and got a quote for over 1800 dollars because the damage broke into the interior lining of my trunk. Finally heard from these people and spend another month going back and forth and waiting for them to approve my actual estimate. They claimed it was approved and their insured driver admitted fault. I got injured at a merchant location and was given the contact info for the claim rep. I reached out with all the details, and the only response I got was "hello what is your phone number". They stopped replying to my emails after that. I followed up twice and still haven't heard back. Feels like I'm being competely ignored - really frustrating experience.
Vile company. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. Worst of the worst. DO NOT SERVICE WITH THEM!!!
Garbage, to anyone wanting to be one of their prospective clients I advise you turn and run as fast and far as you can
I got a AARP quote for home and auto from them that they guranteed in writing. Then, when I tried to pay for the policies, they uped the price. What a scam! They also advertised some sort of travel bag if a person gets a qoute. I'll bet that doesn't come. SO I DID WHAT THE RESPONSE ASKE ME TO DO. THEY TOOK ALL MY INFO. GAVE ME A QUOTE. THEN WHEN I WENT TO PAY THEY UPED THE PRICE. THEY SAID I HAD A CLAIM 4 YEARS AGO. THEY KNEW THAT BEFORE THEY GAVE ME THE FIRST QUOTE! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
