I only gave 1 star because some of the representatives I've interacted with are polite, if not for that handful of people they would have received 0 stars. As for customer service, it's the pits. Every time we check on claim status there's always a different complaint. So far we've been trying to get a claim processed for 2 months. My advice find another company because this one is a joke and from my experience they don't care about their customers.

Worst company there is possibly. All they do is give you a run around. Iv had nothing but issues with them since my claim started.
DO NOT use this company? it is not only a horrible place to do business with, and it is expensive, they find every excuse possible not to cover your claim but they are rude nasty people.
