Terrible customer service and systems and processes.
A Comercial driver hit me over two months ago. They towed my car from the collision center to a Copart before i even received any news about my car. When I went to pick it up it was gone. Deamed a total loss and only willing to pay $1500. How am I supposed to replace this vehicle or even fix it for that? Any appraisal I get They shut down saying it doesn't meet their standards. I have gotten multiple from different dealerships and at this point my case has been goin on for almost 3 months. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
This is a TERRIBLE company to work with. I have to work with them for my leave of absences for my maternity leave through my employer. If you have to work with them I am sorry for the incompetence you’ll experience. I started working with them a month before my due date and they stated they had set my short term disability and FMLA up and I wouldn’t need to do anything further. Pay for years for protection incase of emergency to find out it takes 4 months to receive partial benefits. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even the doctor is shocked by the lies told by account manager and the total refusal to assist.
