I started coming to Hart Wellness about a month ago for muscular pain. Four sessions later, and I feel amazing. This is my first experience seeing a chiropractor, and I’m so thankful this is where I landed.
I have been coming here for just over a month. Dr. Hart fits my needs perfectly. He is big on the mind (conscious and unconscious) and body connection. While he asks how you think you got to the point where you decided you needed him, he shifts his and your focus to let's not dwell on that. Let's fix it and move on. Hands down the best. Doctor Derrik and team always take their time and explain to me what they’re going to be doing before they do it. I always come in feeling a little nervous and he always calms my nerves. He does such a thorough job. They have helped me get over some hip pain that I had for years and always help me if my neck or back tenses up. My husband works construction and sees Hart Wellness anytime he tweaks anything as well & always gets relief.
After having my elbow pain fixed in a handful of visits, when I recently hurt my lower back I knew exactly where to go. It’s only been a few visits so far and I went from not being able to tie my shoes without a lot of pain to almost none. Dr Derek knows his stuff and obviously cares about patients. Do not waste time and money with shots and pills. Try here first. You may be as pleasantly surprised as I am each time I go
