Now that they got rid of charles this place is amazing.

Room is lovely. Has new carpet and is freshly painted. Nice location.
We moved my wife's parents from another facility to Harrison Regent in February. The room was very nice, the food was good, the staff was wonderful and caring. Sadly, due to medical issues, we had to move them to a different assisted living facility (Regent only does independent living). This wasn't anyone's fault. Our only problems were with the front office. They were difficult to reach and promised to call back, but didn't. This went on for DAYS!
