Great management
I am a new tenant of 3 months and am very impressed with the modern design of the loft style units along with all of the upscale amenities, including pool, rooftop jacuzzi and clubhouse, and carport and garage parking options.. This property is tucked away in the corner of downtown Royal oak, allowing access to walk or ride to Limitless restaurants and events, while remaining quiet and off the beaten path. This property is pet friendly and neighbor friendly. I would highly recommend this for S.I.N.K.s and D.I.N.K.s
Prior resident of the Harrison. If you see the high reviews, it is because tenants are incentivized to provide 5 star reviews for money off their deposit. My security deposit is being withheld and I am being squeezed for additional payments with the threat of my credit being impacted after I have moved out due to collections. The property manager, LaShawne, failed to ever obtain a lease from me and even with the shortcomings (below), I STILL paid their rent month after month. If you plan to move here, consider that they potentially will never give your security deposit back and they will ghost you. My lease ended at the beginning of April, the manager sent me the total of the refund I was supposed to receive and then they stopped replying to my phone calls, email and text. It’s almost 3 months now.
