I had a 12:30 p.m. appointment and waited until 1:45 with no call. I called at 12:30 to confirm whether I needed to call in or if someone would contact me, since no instructions were provided, and was told someone would reach out. No one ever did. I had a 12:30 p.m. appointment and waited until 1:45 with no call. I called at 12:30 to confirm whether I needed to call in or if someone would contact me, since no instructions were provided, and was told someone would reach out. No one ever did. I blocked time out of my day for this appointment and received nothing in return. It’s a good thing this was only a free discovery call and not a paid consultation, or I would have wasted both time and money. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
