Ehh, Community staff are nice, but not effective, do not respond in a timely manner, and accept mediocrity. I had to send dozens of emails to Assist manager, GM, and whoever else would listen for over a month before I was able to get a resolution. The first Apartment had rats, which, they knew about for months before. They agreed to move me and offer same promotion but my cost to move again was more than the deal. Traded one set of pests for another.
This is overall a great place to live in my opinion. The maintenance is really fast and they keep it very well maintained. The ONLY downside that made us want to move was that the AC is super loud. So loud that I cannot hear my baby screaming in the other room. We had problems with water once, where they switched out water for long periods of time. but they always notified us at least a day before that happens.
