I live at one of their Rentals the people that own this Advertise as ‘Family Run Bussiness’ since 1957 . I understand what their motto is now. Take the money & run. When u make enough, which they make hand over fist. The city will even work with you. All about Greed. Forget the Residents that you have lured into your mold/ roach infested shit. Currently living in meadowview which should be called terribleview.. the mantanience guy Freddy is a complete joke.. I was locked out of my apartment he came to open the door and told me that it's gonna cost 50 dollars..I don't know if he thought i was dumb because I'm a BLACK WOMAN but I laughed at the notion..he then proceeded to tell me that if I get locked out to not call him again.. he needs to go if not than lawsuits will start to happen PERIOD..
I wish i can give you 0 stars!! Lack of customer service they want to charge people $4063.00 for a (small) 1bdrm large (its a hole in the wall tiny apt). The lady is very rude/disgusting and yells at you when you try to get an explanation of all these fees they try to make you pay in order to sign the lease and have the audacity to charge $875 if you want to move in b/4 \48hrs. Oxford realty group at the Harrison towers is completely horrible Snow removal is nonexistent If you plan on going to work , plan on calling out. You will be snowed in. The cleanliness of the building is filthy the garbage is always overflowing the walls are dirty the elevators navigate cleaned. The laundry room has broken washers and dryer’s in filth all over the floor. My advice to you is never rent at the Harrison
