From our very first phone call, I could tell that Felicia's goal was to find the perfect home for me. She was very knowledgeable about each property we vistied and could was willing to provide as much additional information as possible. Felicia was always available for phone calls, and she would take the time to answer any questions about documentation, the next steps in the home buying process, or the properties we had visited or were planning on visiting. I’ve had the pleasure of using Felicia as an agent to sell two homes while I’m out of state. She gave me realistic expectations on price and an approximate date to close. She gave me guidance on repairs and helped to connect the dots since I could not be there in person. I knew that I could trust her to get my rental property sold and she did.
