Please stay away from this place , they looking for any way to charge you extra. Very rude manager. She doesn’t want to get from her seat to welcome me. She asked me to leave the office. I was thinking of renting here because it looked like a beautiful place when I visited a friend the other day. However, it seem like there are lot of bad neighbors, I saw peoples argueing over their dogs I saw a lady with a Border Collie in front of the elevator lounge area trying to attack a couple with two calm German Shepherds. We have lived here for a year now and lease renewal for amenities fees is not the same as what were told in the beginning which suppose to cover 12 months bc lease is 10months. During that time, locker and mail box weren’t working either even tho we put our cc since first week of moving in. But they charge another $1k for 4 months for amenities fees. Pet friendly complex?
