Please be very careful if you move in to this building. We stayed here for four years and we moved due to relocation. We paid all dues and lease breakage charges promptly. But after 6 weeks we got a bill for replacing the kitchen platform with no details on why it was even done! No issues were there when they signed us off. Now they are asking through a collection agent so that it affects our credit score. After getting 2 months of lease breakage that’s close to 6k! The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and they were always responsive to my quesitons and requests. However, the return of my security deposti has been quite confusing. I only received $400 back out of the $1000 deposit, without a clear explanation of the deductions. I understand that there is a $180 cleaning fee, but beyond that, I'm unclear about why the remaining amount was deducted.

The swimming pool is just a noisy playground for kids all summer long, you should be lucky if your apartment doesn’t face the pool like mine so at least you don’t have to listen to the screaming kids all summer days. If you are into sun bathing this pool is not really meant for that. The water also didn’t seem really clean the only time i tied it in last 2 years!
