We have lived here for a year now and lease renewal for amenities fees is not the same as what were told in the beginning which suppose to cover 12 months bc lease is 10months. During that time, locker and mail box weren’t working either. But they charge another $1k for 4 months for amenities fees. Pet friendly complex? No. Not at all. People will hate your dog as long as they are big breed and no longer puppy. We hopefully to move out soon and won’t be recommending anyone to rent here!
The apartments themselves are livable, but management is awful. I've been moved out for several years now (after they took most of my security deposit without itemizing any of the costs). There were questionable things going on back then, and now they're using my personal information to sign me up for multiple "tours" of the apartments. This is the second time this year they've booked "me" for viewing the apartments *twice* in the same day again. Definitely more than 5 stars! An incredible place to live! Excellent apartments! Modern, comfortable, and excellent location! The cleaning and maintenance staff, along with the office department, do a great job every day! Very happy to have lived here for about 7 years. Thank you, Grey Star!
I've been renting since I was 18/19, and this leasing process has been one of the worst I've experienced - nothing but a headache. Usually, at least at the leasing stage the leasing agents would be responsive, but this is far from my case. I am not happy with the way the leasing agent I was assigned handles things - he ignores all of my emails and I usually have to call after a few weeks to get someone else to respond to me. This condominium is like the project they over charge always something going on with police the management is very rude you one day late $300 late fee apartment old nothing update they don’t pain apartment
