We have lived here for a year now and lease renewal for amenities fees is not the same as what were told in the beginning which suppose to cover 12 months bc lease is 10months. During that time, locker and mail box weren’t working either even tho we put our cc since first week of moving in. But they charge another $1k for 4 months rent amenities fees. Pet friendly complex? Best place to live, very clean , excellent maintenance, and professional management. Anthony the new manager is the best manager, very cool young man. He is very welcoming. He communicates really well. Finally, If you want to live with no headache, come live here.

Harper is an amazing place to live at! Great amenities. They have free fitness sessions every week as well. Led by a very accomplished trainer Anyssa, they are great fun. She always challenges us to improve the overall fitness levels and helps everyone grow individually to accomplish more every week. She's also very accommodating of individual needs and personalization is a very important part of the journey. It has been great to be a part of these fitness sessions. Makes like at Harper so much more fun!
