We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Harlow and overall had a very positive experience during our tenancy. The apartments were actually one of the main reasons we chose this community. They feel modern, open, and well designed. We loved our wrap-around balcony, and the kitchen was much larger than what we found in a lot of other apartment complexes. My experience with The Harlow was disappointing from move-in to move-out. Throughout our tenancy, communication was inconsistent and getting clear answers was extremely difficult. We reported maintenance issues, including a leaking wall and a bathroom exhaust fan that was so loud it was practically unusable. Maintenance would come out, but we often felt concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed. The move-out process was the most frustrating part.
