Good selection of wood, decent prices...bought a 2.3m piece for a 1.2m vanity top. He took the longer piece back to cut the end off it for me so it’d fit in my boot. But I didnt see until I arrived home that instead of cutting off the end with the knot and crack in it as I mentioned, he cut the good end. When I mentioned it and sent a photo, all he said was “My apologies,” and left the Facebook chat. We all make mistakes, but not offering to do anything to try to make up for them is poor business.
In a word, perfection. Grant was given a very specific brief from a very picky timber lover. Nailed it. Love for the tree, respect for the timber, and above and beyond attention to detail. Cannot recommend highly enough.
