I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! First and for most, their selection of hardwood is the best I’ve seen. I walked into the store and instantly saw a bunch of hardwood that I loved. The owners were very kind and informative. I came in with my baby and they were very patient. I walked into this place to check it out for potential purchase on a large remodel I am doing. I was ignored by the only employee there while he was on his phone discussing text messages with someone despite making eye contact with him. Not even a nonverbal acknowledgement of my presence. I walked around and looked for other employees for a few minutes with no luck. Apparently they don’t need my business. I waked out to my truck and saw the guy look at me through the window.
