I ordered six tubes of spray foam sealant and they didn't send the nozzle that comes with each. Useless to me without the nozzle.
I had to order a part from this company for work. I wouldn't suggest this if you need parts right away. I expected the shipment wouldn't be right away but when I needed to call and find out the stats I got an outgoing message that sounded like someone's personal answering machine, I left a message and they didn't call back. I called again today and when I mentioned I never received a return call there was no apology or kindness.
