I have been a resident at the Harbours for 3 years, never missed a rent payment or any neighbor complaints. I am a good tenant! I would NOT recommend anyone to live here, I am saying that as an active resident. The apartment complex praises on how their grounds look, however outside of my apartment everyday is a giant mud pile. They have no gutter from the roof like the other buildings and it just pours into the mud making a mess on the concrete, which I have to walk in everyday because they don't clean up the mess. This was me, my boyfriend's, and his sister's first and worst apartment experience! Never again will I ever move back to these apartments. We had neighbors that were rude & always complained about any movement we made. They complained my boyfriend's sister's son, who is 3 years old. We made accommodations to make sure we didn't receive anymore violations.
