We love living here. Office staff is great. View from our porch is great. Maintenance is always on top pf things.
This place is an absolute joke, and let alone a dump! They do everything to reel you in and sign the lease. And by week two of me living there bathtub and shower both peeling, drains clogged, toilets broken, stove top sparking!! I had not been there for more than 2 months and I had already put in multiple maintenance request. NOW TO TOP IT OFF I am going on 3 weeks of no A/C in this Florida heat. The maintenance guys at this apartment are awesome. We had a problem with our thermostat and the guys were there in about 10 minutes and it turned out to be needing a new one and the problem was solved very quickly. The apartment complex staff are so nice and everybody really works in trying to help you achieve whatever issues you are having. We love it here.
Unfortunately, my interactions with a staff member named Kayla Darras Assistant Community Manager have been extremely unprofessional and discouraging. my onboarding experience with Ellianna was not conducted at a level where I was given all of the information that I needed to be able to move forward with the application process with ease.
