Love this community! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and repairs are done well.
The exterior has been bare stucco for more than two years where some exterior patching was done. Painting isn’t very expensive and would protect the stucco, but for some reason they have never completed the repair. The management office said they would get to it “soon” but that was more than a year ago. Dodgy.
First, go visit our lovely dog park. It should be shut down by code enforcement and the health department. There is a huge dog pile almost every square yard and they do nothing to enforce residents picking up their dog’s poop nor do they contract a pooper scooping company. And per waste stations are super effective when they’re left empty by staff for weeks on end. i moved in here 2 months ago and had a great experience . maintenance is quick to respond and the office staff is so helpful. apartments are really nice and the property is beautiful.
