Jason was incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly! He and his partner (I didn’t catch his name) fixed our clogged AC unit in no time, cleaned up everything, fixed our folding door that was in front of the AC unit (that’s been questionable for a long time), and even reinforced and recaulked our front door frame even though those things weren’t a part of the work order. Thank you to Jason very very much and I would recommend him/them for any household/apartment maintenance.
Terrible customer service. Despite repeatedly mentioning how “well trained” their staff is, it was clear they weren’t fully aware of their own policies, and we ended up finding that out the hard way. My husband and I applied in person and were told by the agent that if we decided to withdraw our application within two days, all fees (a total of $400) would be refunded. Beautiful apartments! My friend lives there and is upgrading so I went with her on the tours. Kayla was the wonderful lady who toured us and was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure my friend was happy and upgraded to the perfect apartment.
I have to give 5 starts to the maintenance team!! I have resided at The Harbours for 4.5 years ( yes I moved in right in the middle of Covid and they made that easy). In the years that I have been here, I haven't had too many maintenance issues but a few and the maintenance team has always responded right away. I have never felt ignored by them or the office for that matter. These apartments aren't brand new by any stretch but they are livable for sure. The Harbors staff is very professional and helpful. Maintenance team is very responsive in a timely manner. Great place to live! Peter, Megan, Charlie, Jason and Hunter are very professional and communicate very well. You can’t find a better place to live where you feel at home.
