This place has a serious noise problem. You hear everything your neighbors do to the point where you can’t sleep through it, from arguing to late-night partying to 3AM to foot stomping on your ceiling. The walls are thin and the floors are even thinner. There's no sound insulation whatsoever. I've never lived in a building like it.
